Retreat Centre Hire

We try to make the hiring of the Retreat Centre as straightfoward as possible.

The basic rate for hire is very reasonable and competitive. It includes all facilites, meals, snacks, drinks and accommodation.

Every effort is made to support your aims for the event you will be running.
We offer support in the form of:

Notes to send on to your particpants, with helpful suggestions about their stay at the Mill

Notes about the centre for yourself to help you with organising your event

Notes on running sucessfull retreats (based on many years experience, please ask for this and we will email it to you).

A course diary page where you can advertise your course, including your contact details and a link to your website/webpage about your event.

Support at the venue – Barbara and Mike will be available to help with any problems that may arise during the course of your stay with lists of local services, hospital, dentist etc.

Medically recognised diets can usually be catered for and wheat and dairy free options are pretty standard (although we do need to know).

A ‘Teachers Resources’ page on the website, specifically designed with downloadable photos for teachers to use for their promotional material.

The booking process is as follows:

An enquiry is made either by phone or by email.
After a prelminary discussion, particularly around availability we will send you booking information including a booking form.

Please return the booking form together with the first deposit to secure your dates. All financial arrangements are clearly laid out in the booking information.

Visits to the venue before hand can be arranged and we are happy to answer any additional questions you may have regarding the venue and your booking. We look forward to welcoming you on the agreed date.

NB Our services, the use of all facilities and equipment, are included in the daily rate. There are no hidden extras!
